In-form Shorto sets up a semi-final against Moullin
Tuesday 19th March 2013, 2:29PM GMT.
THE semi-final line up of the Island Snooker Championship is complete after Adam Shorto beat James Kirk 3-0 at the North Social.
Shorto, pictured, sent out a strong signal of his intentions by making breaks of 46 and 51 to take the opener comfortably, but the fluency stopped there.
Kirk progressively made Shorto work harder for his victory, especially in the third frame when the Slattery Decor player compiled a fine 32.
Shorto eventually won it on the pink to set up a last-four match on Thursday at the North Legion against Steve Moullin.
