Jordan targets Premier League

RHYS JORDAN won’t be satisfied until he is a Premier League footballer.

The former New Zealand junior international (pictured) signed his first senior professional contract with Championship club Bristol City on Monday and cannot wait to get going and fight his way into the first team.

‘I still know I’ve got to work hard and I won’t be happy until I’m playing in the Premier League,’ he said.

Jordan, 18, will be living in digs with a Bristol family for the rest of the season and revealed yesterday he had played in five trial games before he was finally signed up as a fully-fledged professional.
