TONY VANCE takes his Green Lions into arguably the most important seven days of its maiden campaign, eight points clear at the top of Combined Counties Division One after Saturday’s 4-0 home win over Farleigh Rovers.
But asked whether he will stay on as island Muratti boss in the face of new impositions by the GFA, Vance was staying silent.
A television interview going into the weekend suggested he was to seek talks with the GFA hierarchy over whether he should continue as Muratti coach, but Vance was giving nothing away.
Instead, he kept his guard as close as he invariably did with the ball at his feet in his prime.
