THE Guernsey Rugby Academy are one of 30 clubs to have received Seal of Approval accreditation from the Rugby Football Union.
Charlie McHugh, chairman of the GRA, attended a special ceremony at Twickenham hosted by former England stars Rob Andrew and Jason Robinson.
The award was presented by Richard Appleby, the president of the RFU and his vice-president Willie Wildash in the President’s suite and a special lunch and tour of the stadium was arranged.
‘This accreditation award is well deserved recognition for the culmination of much hard work by many unsung heroes at the Guernsey Rugby Academy,’ said McHugh.
