TWO championship records were broken in the 100m breaststroke event of the Specsavers Series staged by the Beau Sejour Barracudas Swimming Club.

The first went to 11-year-old Hannah Rosumek who spectacularly knocked over two seconds off the record set by Gail Strobridge back in 1996.

Rosumek improved on her personal best by over three seconds to record 1-30.19.

The other record breaker was island star Thomas Hollingsworth who touched in 1-04.26, knocking over five seconds off his own record set in 2006.
