TOWN was filled with the sound of car horns yesterday as the Bubblegum Bangers finally arrived back from their European odyssey.

The Bubblegum Bangers Rally 2010 Extreme has ended in tremendous style.

We’ve made it to Paris.

After leaving Lahnstein at 6.45am, we finally made the 600km journey to the Abbeville Race Track, which is 100km south of Calais just in time for the 1.30pm start of the Bubblegum Bangers Rally Grand Prix.

Well, that was embarrassing.

There are plenty of smiles in the camp tonight.

Well it turned out that we were not the only ones who didn’t make the campsite last night.

Three days into this year’s Bubblegum Banger Rally and five cars have already fallen by the wayside.
