LOUISE PERRIO is eager to put her good form to the test on the track this summer after a superb 16th place finish in the Inter-Counties Cross-Country Championships at Cofton Park, Birmingham.

JERSEY’S Elliott Dorey ran a perfectly timed race to finally wrestle the men’s individual inter-insular cross-country title out of Guernsey’s hands after a 19-year winning streak for the Sarnians.
