A CRUISE liner berth will be investigated, after the States supported the proposal yesterday.

A CRUISE ship berth at the harbour could bring a substantial amount of money into the island, the harbour master has said.

CRUISE passengers contribute around £1m. per year to the local visitor economy, according to Visit Guernsey.

CRUISE lines are free to set their own rates for excursions, according to Commerce and Employment.
