A SERIOUS complaint against then Castel Hospital psychiatrist Steven Lomax might not have been fully investigated because of a closed management style adopted by the professional management style at the Board of Health, a former States deputy has suggested.

A PSYCHIATRIST had sex with a married woman patient on his consulting room floor at the Castel Hospital while a delegation from the Women’s Institute was outside, the General Medical Council heard yesterday.
