RUNNERS, shooters and the annual horse race meeting could end up having to pay to use L’Ancresse Common, its council chairman has said.  

A 10-YEAR lease for the golf course would give the L’Ancresse Commons Council more power to control common land, its chairman said at a meeting yesterday evening.
