THIRTEEN jobs could go if the States agrees to stop Saturday mail deliveries, Guernsey Post’s chief executive has said.

Acknowledgement by the chief executive of Guernsey Post that the continuing decline in traditional mail volumes makes it a good time to review the universal service obligation, which underpins what the utility does, follows events in Jersey.
