Pub landlord fears for trade

I’m almost with PBFalla on this one!
Why on earth does this actually need to happen?
In these times of fiscal difficulty surely this is not essential.
Oh hang on – I know – its so we become CAA compliant…you can’t have a public building within 2 miles of an airport that isn’t connected to a main drain…just in case.
No doubt an excuse to increase water rates again.
